Shipping Policy
At Pet N' Chill, we partner with carefully vetted global suppliers to bring you quality pet products at affordable prices. Here's exactly what to expect when you place an order:

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You'll get an order confirmation email immediately, and a tracking number once your package ships.

Shipping Time: Because we source many of our products directly from overseas manufacturers to keep prices low, US Standard Shipping takes 12-20 business days after processing and US Express Shipping takes 8-15 business days. Canada orders take 10-22 business days, and international orders (rest of the world) take 15-30 business days. You'll see the estimated delivery window on each product page.

Shipping Cost: US Standard Shipping is a flat $3.99 and US Express Shipping is $7.99 per order. Canada is $4.99 standard or $7.99 express, and International Standard Shipping is $9.99. The exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. International shipments may take 2-5 business days for tracking to update after dispatch. If you haven't received tracking info within 7 business days of ordering, please email us at info@PetNChill.com and we'll sort it out right away.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within 30 business days of your order, contact us and we'll either resend it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want every Pet N' Chill customer to feel as relaxed about their purchase as their pet does in their new bed. Here's how returns work:

30-Day Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll cover everything — just email info@petnchill.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.

Change of Mind Returns: If you simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return the item within 30 days. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, or used grooming products.

How to Start a Return: Email us at info@petnchill.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.
​
Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to display the refund.
